MODEC commissioned us the creation of a board game that could introduce newly hired engineers to the company's business pipeline.
Thus, a strategic board game was created for the development of engineers, about the oil and natural gas production business and pipelines at MODEC (RJ).
My responsabilities as lead game designer and producer were:
- Designing core mechanics and systems for the game;
- Managing the art team to develop the 2D pieces necessary for the puzzles;
- Make the board art;
- Supervise the board game production.
