Responsible for managing Maximum Entertainment's remote and global development team, as well as the porting team, creating an environment where our international team can thrive and create our games. Also responsible for the legal, accounting, HR and marketing portions in Brazil. My role as studio director is to manage the team and its objectives, project budget and strategic decisions.

Studio's projects: Diesel Legacy: The Brazen Age (finalist for Best Multiplayer Game at Gamescom LATAM 2024), God of Rock (finalist for best fighting game at The Game Awards 2023) and Them's Fightin Herds.
Game Director // Loud Noises

Loud Noises was an independent Brazilian studio that won a series of calls for proposals to develop games, such as Camera Blitz, XaxadoWare and GAEMS: Last Day of Vacation. The studio has also developed a series of games and gamification projects for companies such as Accenture, Vale S.A., Modec and Xbox. 

I was responsible for conceptualizing, prototyping, directing and managing all the projects, monitoring deadlines and facilitating teamwork between different teams.

Responsible for ensuring that a product meets the needs of its customer needs and contributes to the business strategy, while managing a product or products at all stages of the product lifecycle. At Kokku, I was responsible for managing outsourcing projects using Unreal, most of them were games for mobile using established IPs.

Wildlife Studios is one of the biggest mobile games studio in Brazil. I was working in the marketing team, responsible for creating game design for playable ads, so I created playable ads on a daily basis for their games like War Machines, Sniper 3D, Tennis Clash and Suspects.

InFunWeTrust was a gamification company, specialized in recruitmnet and corporate training projects. I was in charge of managing teams making recruitment and training serious games for business. The teams are comprised mostly with freelancers, and I was responsible with multiple projects at the same time. Some of our clients are Modec, Renner, Serasa Experian and Accenture.

Game Designer // Skullfish Studios

Skullfish Studios is a Brazilian independent game studio that develops graphically innovating games for Virtual Reality by having an experienced team creating high quality and funny experiences for multiple platforms in order to stand out in this new market which is VR.
I was responsible for creating the concept and initial game design for the mobile game Mayara & Annabelle: Idle Battles. The project won the KOHQ 2 event.

Producer // Aennova Decisionware

Aennova Decisionware was an gamification and serious games company that pioneered the use of more gamified experiences for corporate learning in Brazil. We developed games for companies like Bradesco, Mondelez, Postos Ipiranga and more. 
I was managing several serious game projects, responsible with team management, budget and schedule. These projects were board and digital games for business training purposes, the teams are comprised mostly with freelancers, and I was responsible with multiple projects at the same time.

Headblaster was finalist on the Best PC Game category.


Activities
Organized two editions of Festival Jogatório, an event that brought together video games, board games, TTRPGs and toys, in São Paulo.

- Brazilian representative at GAIA 2019 - Game Arts International Assembly, the first international think tank for game arts ecosystem: event producers, community organizers and curators.

- Organized in 2019 Firmeza Fest, an independent game festival focused on upcoming Brazilian games and talks.

- Organized 2018 and 2019 editions of Glitch Mundo in São Paulo, a grassroots game festival, focused on homegrown titles.

- Organized in 2016 the arts & crafts and game event Glitch Festa, in Curitiba.

- Created and organized 22 editions of SPIN, from 2013 to 2015, a monthly meetup of game developers in São Paulo.

- Gave lectures and workshops on game design, the last of which was at 23º Cultura Inglesa Festival in 2019.

- Artist-in-residence on LABMIS 2012 with Malu Risi, with the electronic performative installation Maldita Parede.
